About SynqRail
SynqRail is an AI operations platform built for auto body shops, mechanic shops, and adjacent repair businesses that run on jobs, parts, people, and customer updates.
We created SynqRail to help collision repair, mechanical, and related automotive businesses manage customers, vehicles, repairs, parts, employees, insurance claims, and communications in one connected operational system.
Unlike generic business software, SynqRail is built around how repair shops actually operate. It is designed for the daily realities of shop work: changing repair timelines, delayed parts, insurance approvals, customer updates, production bottlenecks, and information spread across multiple systems.
Our goal is simple: give every shop a clearer view of its operations and help every team member understand what needs to happen next.
Our mission
Our mission is to make repair shop operations more organized, transparent, and efficient.
Most shops do not suffer from a lack of information. They struggle because important details are scattered across emails, text messages, estimating platforms, spreadsheets, phone calls, vendor systems, and employee conversations.
SynqRail brings that information together, turns it into clear next actions, and helps shops move each repair forward with fewer delays and less manual administrative work.
We want shop owners to have better control of their businesses, managers to spend less time chasing updates, employees to receive clear assignments, and customers to always understand the status of their vehicles.
Our story
SynqRail was founded by Oleksandr Moskalchuk, based on his firsthand experience in the collision repair industry.
Oleksandr began working in an auto body shop in 2022, starting as a shop employee before moving into a management role. Working at different levels of the business gave him a complete view of how a collision repair center operates—from day-to-day work on the production floor to scheduling, repair planning, parts coordination, customer communication, insurance claims, payments, and financial oversight.
Over time, one problem became impossible to ignore: body shops had access to plenty of software, but no single system could connect the entire operation.
Important updates were spread across different tools. Managers had to follow up manually with employees, vendors, customers, and insurance companies. Repair delays were often discovered too late. Customer updates had to be written one by one. Parts, approvals, production stages, and payments were managed through separate workflows.
SynqRail was created to solve that problem.
Instead of building another basic CRM or task-management tool, Oleksandr set out to create an intelligent operations platform that understands how repair shops actually work, connects fragmented information, identifies what needs attention, and helps each team member take the next step.
SynqRail is not software designed from the outside for an unfamiliar industry. It is a platform shaped by real shop-floor and management experience—starting in collision repair—and built for body shops, mechanics, and adjacent businesses that face the same operational challenges every day.
